Ronoco is privately funded by experienced property investors and developers, who have invested hundreds of millions into mixed-use opportunities across London and Southern England over the last 50 years. Ronoco has in-depth experience in these markets to partner with borrowers to provide fast and flexible funding solutions.
Our expertise allows us to take pride in our ability to make immediate decisions, whilst our private and internal funding capabilities allows us follow up with quick closing times. As investors Ronoco look to partner with the borrower and provide finance which is accretive to their goals. Mark O’Connor, MRICS
Mark is a Chartered Surveyor having most recently worked for JLL in their Living Capital Markets and Debt Advisory business. Here, he advised developers and investors on funding solutions across the capital stack in the residential and alternative sectors. Mark has arranged in excess of £600m of capital on behalf of his clients over the last 5 years.
Mark is responsible for the origination, assessment and management of Ronoco investments.
